Shipt is a membership-based marketplace that helps people get the things they need. Our friendly shoppers handpick fresh groceries and household essentials and deliver them to members in as soon as one hour.
We’re currently looking for customer service oriented, high achievers, to join our Overnight Experience team and support the Shipt community. You will be the voice of Shipt to our members and shoppers in each city that we call home. You are the cornerstone of operations, facilitating success through order and delivery. You will assist Shoppers when they hit a snag, listen to customers as they nearly weep with happiness on their first delivery, and be the first to investigate when something isn’t working. You will report to the Director of Experience. This role is all about bringing happiness to our tight-knit group of customers and shoppers.
