Shipt is a membership-based marketplace that helps people get the things they need. Our friendly shoppers handpick fresh groceries and household essentials and deliver them to members in as soon as one hour.

We are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you have a thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule detailed interviews (phone, video, and in-office) for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Drive initiatives to ensure every candidate (or future employee) that walks through the door has a differentiated and excellent experience
  • Serve as a guide for operational excellence; teach others standard methodologies around our interview processes and systems
  • Provide critical information to our recruiters and hiring managers throughout the interview process, keeping the team up to date on the needs of the candidate, or when to follow up for that next step
  • Assist the recruiting team by sourcing new candidates to build the talent pipeline
  • Working closely with other HR personnel
  • Recruiting and interviewing candidates

Requirements

  • Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Knowledge of HR procedures/regulations
  • Ability to utilize the HR databases and ATS
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and familiar with various social networks
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field
