Shipt is experiencing our most rapid growth to date, and we are in search of a talented Sr. Manager of B2B Marketing. We’re looking for a data-driven marketer to create our retailer-targeted marketing strategy, and to execute the strategy.

What You’ll Do:

As the owner of the entire marketing funnel for the B2B side of our marketplace, you will report directly to our CMO, and will be responsible for increasing inbound leads (through white papers, webinars, case studies, events, etc). You'll work very closely with our head of sales and sales team to attract new business to our site, and implement ways to further nurture leads.

It’s critical you possess a passion for B2B marketing strategy, competitive dynamics, and a clear understanding of how digital marketing, content marketing and public relations play their part in building sales momentum

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4 year degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Project management discipline with the ability to develop realistic schedules and budgets, execute effectively, and hold responsible team members accountable
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing at a SaaS company
  • The ability to succeed in a busy environment by bringing an enthusiastic, positive, and creative approach to your work
  • Hunger to learn - Interest in building a scalable marketing process
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Understand account based marketing
  • Experience managing targeted campaigns to specific set of potential customers
  • Understanding of marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and help with all departments of organization (sales, customer support, etc.)
  • Fast-paced attitude. You thrive in an environment where things move a mile a minute.
  • Detail oriented, positive-minded, and quick learning self-starter
  • Experience at a fast growth startup preferred
  • Grocery, retailer experience preferred
